At decide4AI we are looking for an active person with initiative and willingness to learn to help us develop solutions for companies in different sectors in their digital transformation process. To do this, you will develop projects based on the analysis and modeling of optimization problems.
We are looking for people who are passionate about technology, and in particular optimization and software development because that is what they are going to do: contribute to the development of technological solutions for the companies that have placed their trust in us.

What is our ideal candidate like?
- You are interested in optimization, with the ability to learn and solve increasingly complex problems.
- You are organized and proactive, fluent in Spanish and English, willing to travel and interested in working in a company with international projection.
- You have knowledge of fundamental concepts (objective function, shadow price, GAP, etc.) associated with mathematical optimization models and knowledge of the different strengths and weaknesses of the most common optimization strategies (linear programming, nonlinear programming, constraint programming, metaheuristics, local search).
